Kemetic Yoga Instruction/Certification
Kemetic Yoga is an ancient form of yoga based on the culture of ancient Egypt; then known as Kemet. The importance of this system is it has the power to cultivate the highest aspect of consciousness in individuals throughout the world. By practicing Kemetic Yoga, we open ourselves to the metaphysical realms of truth. I have used the practice of Kemetic Yoga to cultivate myself and to transform those that I encounter, by cultivating the power of unity through the constant practice of Yoga. Kemetic Yoga equips individuals to become spiritual warriors and healers of Mother earth, using the sacred science of yoga as the key to practical transformation.

Reiki Services/Certification
Reiki is a spiritual healing art that aides in the support of overall wellness. The word Reiki means: (Rei) “Universal Life” and (Ki) “Energy”. Reiki is not affiliated with any religion or religious practice. It is not massage nor is it based on belief or suggestion. It is a subtle and effective form of energy work using spiritually guided life force energy.
Reiki is the life energy that flows through all living things, and as a practitioner I understand that everyone has the capacity to connect with their own healing energy and use it to strengthen energy in themselves as well as assisting others. It is believed that a person’s “ki” or “chi” or “energy” should be strong and free flowing. When this is true within, a person’s body and mind is in a positive state of health. When the energy becomes weak or blocked, it could lead to symptoms of physical or emotional imbalance.
A Reiki session can help ease tension and stress and can help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels – physical, mental, and emotional. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is often utilized for one’s personal wellness.

Distance Reiki
Distance Reiki can be sent to anyone, anywhere and at any time with permission, and can be invoked or received. When I’m performing reiki on someone who is not present, I’ll typically work with the recipient’s photo and a healing crystal. Other practitioners, however, might say that these objects unnecessary since Reiki energy can be sent to anyone simply by directing thoughts and energy to that person.
Violet Flame Reiki
Violet Flame Reiki is a gentle, feminine, and powerful form of healing energy. It is experienced as the Yin aspect to the Yang aspect that is incorporated with traditional Usui Reiki. When channeled together, the energy of the Violet Flame creates a stronger, all-encompassing healing experience. Violet Flame Reiki is very strong and acts quickly. There’s a unique vibration that is simply felt in a different way than using traditional Usui Reiki.
